About this role
Working in a very busy team, this role involves dealing directly with customers on a day-to-day basis. You will often need to multi-task and prioritise in order to meet customer needs, while also being able to present a confident and knowledgeable appearance to the customer at all times. The purpose is to provide parts to internal and external customers through various sales channels, while ensuring individual and business objectives are achieved and company stocking policies are adhered too. The role will involve providing customers with high quality and advice for the parts both in person and over the telephone. Once the parts order has been placed, the role will then require the effective picking and dispatch of the goods.
This is a full time position although flexible hours will be considered!
